Recipes, Peanut Sesame moci


Assorted sweet and sticky cake is a delicious dish. If you get bored with the lunkhead, moci bean cake is soft, supple with nut stuffing crispy sesame and peanut dressing can be a treat to drink tea.

ingredients:
moci:
600 g glutinous rice flour
100 g of corn starch / tang Mien
120 g sugar
200 g white butter
contents:

100 g roasted peanuts, peeled, minced
150 g white sesame
Smooth peanut butter 10 g (eg, Skippy)

250 g roasted peanuts, peeled, minced

How to make:
Contents: Cook all ingredients and blend until smooth.
Moci: Mix glutinous rice flour, butter and white sugar in a container, stir until blended.
Stir flour with hot water Mien pliers until the dough together and cooked.

Solution: Roll the dough lengthwise then cut into pieces the content. Set aside.
Roll the dough moci silineser shape, cut into pieces.
Moci flatten the dough, put 1 piece of dough pieces of content.
Forms such as balls. Work to consumables.
Boil in boiling water until moci floats over low heat.
Lift, tirikan.
Immediately roll in chopped peanuts to the average.
Place in a bowl-mangkur paper. Serve.
